Hi. I’m a connector, ideator, experience designer.

I bridge human-centered design and business strategy to create experiences that stick with customers and organizations alike.

Stories. Chicago. Human-centered design. Strong coffee and a good read.

I've always been drawn to people's stories whether during a chance conversation or a co-design session with clinical staff. That curiosity is what led me to human-centered design; it's what keeps me going into the mess with teams to find what matters— for the people using a service and the business delivering it.

Through service design and research, I bridge customer needs and organizational goals, bringing together new practices and capabilities that make experiences resonant and durable. The work is never solo, and I feel privileged to do it alongside talented researchers, designers, engineers, product managers, customer success teams, and leaders who make the difference.

As AI reshapes what services can do and what people expect, I'm exploring how to design experiences that are desirable in a world where the boundaries between human and automated are constantly being redrawn.

MY APPROACH

Discover what matters
Dive in with customers, support teams, stakeholders, and end users to understand what's actually happening— not just what's assumed. Connect those insights to organizational priorities to ensure the right problems get solved.

Connect what's missing
Map the systems, gaps, and opportunities that sit between what people need and what currently exists. Align on priorities.

Build what lasts
Design services, experiences, and practices that hold up for the people using them and the teams delivering them. Leverage prototyping and test.
